All properties listed by Appan.in are first-owner inventory — directly from the developer or their authorised channel. This means no markup, no title complications, and clean documentation.
Absolutely. We strongly encourage site visits and will arrange them at a time convenient to you. We never recommend buying a property you have not seen in person.
Most of our projects require a booking amount of 10% of the total property value. Remaining payment can be made via cash, EMI, or loan depending on the project.
